Moynat Paris offers complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items remain in their original condition with all protective packaging and tags intact. Please note that personalized or bespoke creations are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Client Service team or log into your online account to request a Return Authorization and receive your pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully place the item in its original signature orange box and shipping carton, ensuring all authenticity cards and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  Arrange a complimentary courier pickup through our designated carrier or drop off your package at an authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Upon receipt at our workshop, our artisans will inspect the item's condition before processing your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
